Return and Exchange Policy
V818 has a return and exchange policy that allows customers to return or exchange their product within 2 weeks of the product’s completed delivery date under the following conditions:
Product was not worn or washed AFTER delivery. (Please keep the clear plastic clothing packaging in pristine condition, if destroyed or ripped you may not qualify for a refund).
Product was not damaged AFTER delivery.
Product was not returned AFTER the two week return or exchange period.
Accessories (Necklaces, bracelets, etc.) must be returned with the original packaging, and for designated products (see respective product page) remain unopened to be eligible for returns or exchanges.
Please note:
When returning or exchanging products we only cover shipping fees if:
The product was damaged or destroyed BEFORE or DURING delivery.
The product shipped was incorrect, meaning it doesn’t match the order confirmation form we emailed you following your purchase.
Cases involving defective merchandise are extremely rare, and because of this we may require you to include photos detailing the defects.
